APPNA Alliance/PASA Youth Leadership Conference

VOE had the opportunity to present at a youth leadership conference this past weekend. Our volunteers performed our story activity with a large audience consisting of both parents and children to show the parents especially how significant biases are in the youth. This benefited the parents in the fact that they were able to see how these biases are ever present and how we can take steps to combatting them. Additionally, VOE did a workshop with a smaller group of students in which we did the puzzle activity. Take a look at the pictures below!
